This is a very cool event put on by the Food Innovation Center in Portland. This is a "crop up dinner" with local ingredients put together by top chefs along with a showcase for local food vendors. Admission to the dinner and showcase is $20 and is a steal at that price. I will be providing music for this event between 5:30 and 9:30 pm. Tickets at www.fic.oregonstate.edu.
