Another cool "crop up dinner" with fresh local ingredients by top local chefs put together by the Food Innovation Center in Portland. Here is a rare appearance for me in Astoria on the Oregon coast. I will be providng the music from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. The cost for the dinner is a steal at $20 for the dinner and admission to the showcase of vendors displaying their food items (lots of free samples). These are super fun events.
