Join the outdoor party (with lots of shade) as The Tortoise Shell celebrates its one year anniversary along with other two carts in the food pod. The Tortoise Shell has quite a local following as long time chef Dave’s Burgers, Philly Cheese, wraps, salads and lots more. Dinner Bell BBQ and Beer Spot are also part of the fun and open for business. One of very best food cart collections in the city in a cool and cozy spot. Music is 1 to 4 pm, but the party will go on all day.
