This is a really fun annual event that I highly recommend in NW Portland. Over thirty local food innovators and vendors give out free samples (okay, some charge) and it covers a lot of different styles. Food Innovation Center is an under the radar facility owned by OSU that has helped dozens of new business’s such as Salt and Straw and others in Oregon get started. The event is at their beautiful facility at 1207 NW Naito Pkwy. The event is free and is open to the public from 5 pm to 7:30 pm. The event is sponsored by Market of Choice.
